I am trying to use Sick Submitter inside my workplace where the firewall is unfortunately very strict. When I try to run Sick, I get an error message saying to check whether the firewall is blocking Port 9091 or 4468.

The IT manager has set up a firewall rule to allow my PC access to these ports via IP address 69.167.133.9 (the sickmarketing.com IP address) but I am still getting the same error message. Does the software use a different IP address and if so what is it please or how else can I fix the problem?

I am having trouble with a platform which has buttons that are UTF-8 / Unicode , they are written in Japanese or something like that.

When I copy and paste the Submit text into the Sick Builder, it appears perfectly fine. But when I save the template and reload it, it always comes up as "??? ??"

It seems like Sick submitter does not support UTF-8 / Unicode characters? If that's true, how do we build templates for the billions of sites that don't speak english? Can this be added to Sick 4?
